This one life

lol

This picture describes planes coming and leaving earth back and forth. This represents lives of people ending and starting.. We live in this earth once and only once. This shows how time in this world is so precious. There about 7 billion people in this world. We can ask each and everyone living in this earth if we chose the life we are put in and if we can chose the events that occur. They would all say no we cannot. In Emmanuel’s story, he experienced so much pain and trauma and was born to experience this, however he chose to portray his story as hope, forgiveness and positivity. I chose the picture because everyone here did not start with a perfect life however it is us to decide what we make of it . Like Emmanuel, we can always form our lives to positive end. You are you and you chose what to do. He chose better for him. Our lives consists of problems and trials time after time. We can only chose to see these things as strength or failures, we are easily led to give up on our lives however billions of other people would want to take your place. We are fortunate enough to have a life like this so we have to make something out of it. Emmanuel Jal had done something out of nothing so what more can we do. He left a mark on this earth saying, “I am a war child who survived and chose change.” . When he is on his death bed we know that he has done something great in this earth. In our lives, what would our mark leave on the world. What will we invest our lives for. Maybe we want to live a simple life with our family and go after that. We are the pilots on this journey. What is our cause and passions, you’ve got one life, might as well pursue it. The airplanes come so quickly one after the other coming and leaving the earth. Soon could be 100 years later, would you want to be forgotten or reminded as someone of great cause even in a small way. Emmanual shows us how one’s life of termoil can turn out to be a positive impact.
